  • Individual coaching of attorneys, including creation of comprehensive practice plans and ongoing follow up initiatives for client development, visibility and collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Strategic planning at the firm, practice group, and department levels, resulting in enhanced team performance and improved cross-selling across practices.
  • Assisted with a restructuring to create firmwide departments and practice groups, including the operational considerations such as budgets, job descriptions for practice group leaders and a marketing department support model.

  • Conducted client service interviews for AmLaw 100 firms and mid-sized firms resulting in the development of client teams, improved internal communications regarding work flow and additional work for the law firm.
  • Worked with solo practitioners to establish a web presence, a blog, and marketing and business development plans.
