Representative Engagements

  • Coaching Programs: Individual and group coaching programs for attorneys of all levels (associates, partners, laterals), including skill building, training, creation of comprehensive practice plans, and ongoing follow up initiatives for client development. Firms re-engage with multiple groups of attorneys based on strong attorney feedback and excellent results. Participating attorneys have become among the top producers in their firms.
  • Served as a contract marketing director for multiple firms including a multi-office firm of more than 100 lawyers nationwide. Worked closely with firm management, practice group leaders and individual attorneys on a full range of marketing projects including practice planning, response to RFPs, public relations and advertising, web site and social media programs, and target marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic planning at the firm, practice group, and department levels, resulting in enhanced team performance and improved cross-selling across practices.
  • Assisted with a restructuring to create firmwide departments and practice groups, including the operational considerations such as budgets, job descriptions for practice group leaders and a marketing department support model.
  • Retained to assist firms on a short-term or interim basis to provide additional support in marketing for employees on maternity leave or for special projects.
  • Conducted marketing department assessments and marketing audits on behalf of clients to identify areas for improved efficiency, enhanced staffing models and a comprehensive review or marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Conducted client service interviews for AmLaw 100 firms and mid-sized firms resulting in the development of client teams, improved internal communications regarding work flow and additional work for the law firm.
  • Speaker at attorney retreats, industry conferences and events, webinars and practice group meetings. Programs are interactive and practical, and firms often request additional presentations based on strong attorney feedback.
